January 29th: Lunch

Today I was reunited with an old friend at the classics station, Chicken a la King. However, it has been quite sometime since our last encounter and it wasn’t as good as the memories. The meal hall version wasn’t as good as the home cooked, the soup could use more chicken, and there could be another pasty, but it was still alright.

 

At the grill they took the bacon from yesterday and put it to good use, by putting in on a burger. One thing that the burgers could use is a toasted bun, this might be hard, but all they would have to do is get a toaster back there, and have some with toasted buns, and some without. There are also no condiments on the burgers, and a condiment station near the grill would be nice, or add another set of bottled condiments by the ketchup and mustard.
