Super Sunday

Two words that make everything better: Open bar. That’s just what they had at meal hall today, at the stir-fry station (now Menutainment) they have open nacho, chilli, and jumbo hot dog bars. All of which were superb.

 

Hot dogs, they were super jumbo size, cooked to perfection, not boiled, on good size buns. Once again not street meat, but they’ll do just fine.

 

Chilli, here the Chilli had a bit more kick than the usual Chilli that is at the soup station, as well as a bit more meat, I have a feeling that this was prepared by Chef Mike himself.

 

Finally we had the Nacho Station, warm MexiCasa nacho’s melted cheese, along with grated cheese, tomato, green pepper, salsa, sour cream as well as other nacho toppings.

 

At the meat station they also had a glazed ham, which I did not et to try, however I imagine it was also pretty good.

 

Along with the food there were also footballs around meal hall, and on the “Super Sunday” signs displaying the food they had some nice Superbowl XLI letter head featuring both teams
